Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. Weekends and evenings only.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant environment, delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of food safety, and supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the restaurant or catering space
Support baristas with drink preparation when required, including coffee and speciality beverages
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Set up and clear tables efficiently during service periods
Handle cash transactions accurately and process orders using point-of-sale systems
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries promptly and courteously
Assist with catering events, including setting up venues and serving guests as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: £12.71 per hour
