Experienced Waiter/Waitress - Full Time Position & part time positions available

Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and exceptional customer service?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Waiter/Waitress to join our close-knit team at our thriving family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Roath, Cardiff.

About Us

Our authentic Italian restaurant has built a loyal following through our commitment to traditional recipes, warm hospitality, and genuine family atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

Position: Full-time or part time Waiter/Waitress
Location: Roath, Cardiff
Hours: Full-time/ part time hours including evenings and weekends

Essential Requirements

Previous waiting experience required - you must be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Right to work in the UK

Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous but not essential)

Food Hygiene/Health & Safety certification
First Aid qualification
Personal Alcohol License
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants
