Electrician – Domestic Housing (Full‑Time)

Areas Covered: Neath, Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Vale of Glamorgan, Pontypridd & Caerphilly

Lightning Solutions is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for skilled Domestic Electricians to join our expanding team. If you have strong technical ability, take pride in delivering quality work, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

You will carry out a range of electrical works within the social housing sector, including:

Electrical installations, upgrades in void properties, responsive and repairs work.
Periodic electrical inspections and testing in accordance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and follows company procedures.
Maintaining high levels of accuracy, professionalism and customer care.

What You’ll Need

Reliable, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented approach.
Full UK Driving Licence.
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 (Part 1 & 2).
City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 testing & inspection qualifications.
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong understanding of workplace health & safety regulations.
