Full job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our fast-paced environment and dedicated team at Grosvenor Dental Surgery.

While dental knowledge and experience are preferred, they are not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused reception service
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and scheduling efficiently
Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems
Provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the dental clinical team
Coordinate effectively with patients and their carers to ensure a smooth and positive experience

About You:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and administrative skills
