Full job description

Company Overview

Enable Physios Limited is a growing physiotherapy practice providing high-quality musculoskeletal care across multiple clinic locations. We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Clinic Administrator / Patient Coordinator to join our Swansea Office.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in telecommunications, appointment booking, and clinic administration, who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and providing excellent patient support.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating appointments, supporting clinicians, and maintaining high standards of patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries
Booking, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments
Coordinating patient diaries with physiotherapists and clinicians
Updating and maintaining patient management software
Ensuring accurate patient records and appointment tracking
Communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and referral partners
Supporting the daily operations of the clinic
Managing cancellations, DNAs (Did Not Attend), and follow-ups
Assisting with administrative tasks and clinic coordination

Requirements

Previous experience in telecommunications or appointment scheduling
Experience using patient management software or booking systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Good computer skills (email, scheduling systems, basic office software)
Professional and patient-focused approach

Desirable:

Experience working in a healthcare clinic or physiotherapy setting
Experience managing clinician schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
