Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Cook/kitchen assistant. As a Cook/Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. If you have a culinary background, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
