LF Fencing is offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing local company, where people are the core to the success of our business. We are looking for an administrator to assist in areas such as machine hire, haulage, E-commerce, and events.

Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills.

Duties

Managing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Data entry and management using programmes such as Microsoft Office, JobLogic, Connectteam, and Xero
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative tasks
Supporting team members with administrative needs to ensure operational efficiency
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised
Relaying and ordering supplies for the office

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

Business administrator qualification or experience
Strong computer skills
Experience with Xero is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good data entry skills with attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications relating to health and safety are desirable

The successful applicant will provide a key contribution by supporting our organisation’s operations through efficient administrative practices and record keeping.

Pay: £19,656.00-£28,000.00 per year
