Full job description

VACANCY – ESTIMATOR

Location: Llandybie, Ammanford, SA18 3GY

Hours: 40 hours per week

Duration: Permanent

THE COMPANY: Morgan Marine Ltd is a market leader in its specialised field, we design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors.

Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 60 years of manufacturing expertise.

As the company continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen ourSales Team with the addition of an Estimator.

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for providing quotations for our portfolio of products and progressing to the point of winning the order. The role includes reviewing customers drawings and specifications to determine customers’ requirements and provide advice as needed. Full training on our products will be provided.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience of producing quotations is an advantage. Experience in a sales environment is desirable. Friendly, confident, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated. Excellent IT skills and telephone manner required along with a strong comprehension of basic mathematics.

THE PACKAGE: Salary starting at £27,800.00, Plus potential commission of up to £10,200 per annum following completion of probation. We also offer a competitive benefits package including 31 days holiday rising to 33, Life insurance, Health Cash Plan, Pension, subsidised on-site gym membership, Employee Assistance Programme, free parking.

CLOSING DATE: 19th June 2026

The position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment, as required by company policy.
