Location: Gwent, South Wales and surrounding areas
Job Type: Self-Employed / Sub-Contractor
Salary: Rate to be discussed, dependent upon experience

We are a busy, family-run painting and decorating company based in Gwent, with an expanding workload across South Wales and the wider surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Painting & Decorating Sub-Contractor to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

Have a minimum of 5 years' painting and decorating experience (or experience in a closely related trade).
Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be flexible and willing to adapt to varying projects and locations.
Be punctual, dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
Have access to own transport and professional tools.
Be willing and able to work from ladders and at height where required.
Be willing to travel throughout Gwent, South Wales, and further afield as business needs dictate.
Have no criminal record.
