Executive Assistant – The Royal Mint
£27,000 - £29,000 per annum
At The Royal Mint, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior Executives, including our Chief People Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate (or equivalent) with some experience in diary management or administrative support, looking to develop their career in Executive Support within a respected and fast-paced organisation.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Executives are well supported day-to-day - from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to helping priorities run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for people who have:

A degree (or equivalent) and some experience in an administrative or EA/PA support role
Experience managing diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A professional, discreet approach when handling confidential information

Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
