Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fryer to join our dynamic culinary team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious fried foods that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and culinary excellence will contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment where quality and efficiency are paramount. Duties

Operate deep fryers safely and efficiently to cook a variety of menu items to perfection.
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and consistency.
Assist with other food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Restock supplies at the fry station and communicate inventory needs to management promptly.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers.
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation, including fryers and cooking utensils.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
Previous experience in meal preparation or culinary roles is a plus.
