Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food production processes while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety protocols, mechanical knowledge, and basic mathematical skills to contribute effectively to our production goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of food production, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Monitor and maintain food safety standards throughout the production process.
Admin duties of unloading orders onto the system.
Pick and pack customer orders.
Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and workflow.
Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations is advantageous.
Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately.
Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes within the team.
