**RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION (£25,000) AND REMOTE AREAS ALLOWANCE GRANTS AVAILABLE (£9000)**

Lockerbie Dental have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our team in our Private and NHS state of the art practice, located in Lockerbie, only 1 hour commute from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.

The candidate will be provided with a well established Private and NHS list with capitation, continuing care and private plan fees exceeding £4000 per month and growing.

The team of 31 consists of an excellent support structure including access to Treatment Co Ordinator, experienced Dental Nurses, a long-standing Practice Manager and a highly efficient Reception team. As well as a very high earning potential, the selected candidate will have the use of itero scanners and digital xrays including OPT.

The practice provides the highest standard of care within Private, NHS and cosmetic dentistry including Orthodontics and Invisalign, facial aesthetics, Specialist oral surgery, dental implants and has an experienced team of Dental Therapists and Orthodontic Therapists.

In addition, the candidate will have the benefit to in house dental implant mentoring as well as support from a Restorative Consultant, Specialist Oral Surgeon and Specialist Orthodontists. .

The practice is currently holds Invisalign Diamond Provider status. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to receive mentorship within Orthodontics.

The practice encourages continued professional career development and hosts multiple in-house training and team building events throughout the year.

The candidate must be registered with the General Dental Council and have at least 1 years experience in general practice.

The practice qualifies for both Remote Areas Allowance (up to £9k per year) and Recruitment and Retention Allowance (up to £12.5k per year). 100% allowances are paid to the Associate.

The position would suit either an experienced General Dental Practitioner or a recently qualified Dentist.
