Lead Coach – Rugbytots (Part-Time, Weekends)

About RugbytotsRugbytots is the world’s leading rugby play program for young children, with over 80,000 participants across 20 countries and more than 1,000 coaches in the UK. Our high-energy, structured classes use rugby-based activities to develop essential motor skills in a fun, engaging environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Setting up and preparing the venue for classes.
Delivering exciting, high-energy sessions for children aged 2 to 7 years.
Engaging and motivating children, ensuring they have an amazing experience.
Identifying and supporting children who may need extra encouragement.
Storing and transporting class equipment (provided by Rugbytots).

Who This Role Is Perfect ForWe’re always on the lookout for people with transferable skills who we can train to become great Rugbytots coaches. If you have a background as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Worker, Early Years Practitioner, or have worked in childcare or education, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

A lively, enthusiastic, and patient personality.
Strong communication, organisational, and listening skills.
Confidence and energy to entertain and inspire young children.
Ability to store and transport Rugbytots equipment.

Desirable:

Experience working with young children (e.g. nursery, school, childcare, teaching assistant roles).
A passion for sport.
Aged 18+.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay:£16.00- £20.00 per hour

This is a currently a weekend morning-only position. Does this work for you?
We are not looking to hire short term coaches (e.g. holiday work). We would like to employ potential candidates with a view to them being around for minimum of 1 year+. Is this what you are looking for?
