Salary: £30,000.00 Per Year
Specific Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, flexibility required according to operational needs)

Requirements

Strong IT proficiency and confidence using multiple software applications
Highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate about supporting digital adoption
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to train and support colleagues with patience and clarity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and reports
Previous experience supporting digital systems or IT training (desirable)
Experience with Access systems (People Planner, Care Planning, Care Compliance, Recruit, Screening) is an advantage
Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organisation
Trustworthy, organised, and able to manage responsibilities independently

Key Responsibilities

Support the integration of new branches or contracts into existing systems under supervision from Head Office
Assist with the implementation of new IT products, system updates, and digital tools
Help staff maximise the functionality of IT systems, including Access People Planner, Access Care Planning, Access Care Compliance, Access Recruit, Access Screening, and others
Deliver tailored training sessions for new and existing staff
Provide one‑to‑one and group support to ensure staff feel confident using digital tools
Conduct data health checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with group standards
Audit key datasets, including finance records, staff files, and service user records
Validate Power BI dashboards with development teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
Collaborate with staff to optimise the use of applications and digital processes
Create, manage, and resolve cases within Access systems, liaising with support teams as needed
Ensure GDPR compliance across all system permissions and user access
Confirm that users only access data required for their roles
Attend regular meetings with Head Office, Systems Support Specialists, and the development team
Adjust system configurations in collaboration with Head Office when operational needs change
