Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Assistant to support our sales and administrative teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic business environment, requiring strong computer literacy and organisational abilities. The role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with sales administration activities, including arranging meeting for the commercial and updating client records.
Maintain accurate records and organise documentation via Microsoft Word and Excel.
Support the team with customer service enquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Manage email correspondence and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Contribute to organisational improvements by streamlining administrative procedures.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and report generation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, French is a plus as the company head quarter is in France.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
