About Us

Ghost Fashions and Finery London are sister womenswear brands, that are focused on quality, fit, and well-designed clothing, with a commitment to delivering reliable and stylish products.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support the CS department across engaging with our customers across multiple channels, including telephone, email, social media, and Trustpilot. We are looking for a candidate that will provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers. The role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Total days in a week: 3 days a week

Start Date: June 2026

Responsibilities & Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, e-commerce) to resolve issues
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends or peak retail periods
