Overview
We are seeking skilled Electricians and Mates to join our dynamic team on various projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse electrical installations and maintenance tasks across different sites. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a strong foundation in electrical work, looking to develop their expertise within a professional environment. Candidates should possess practical experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems, and be committed to safety and quality standards. This role is for a project based in Camden. Ongoing work for the right candidate

Duties

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
Using hand tools and power tools to carry out wiring, cabling, and fitting tasks
Interpreting technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs
Conducting routine inspections of electrical equipment to identify faults or potential hazards
Assisting senior electricians in complex projects and troubleshooting electrical issues
Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems
Practical electrical experience in installation, maintenance, or repair roles
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work safely in accordance with health and safety regulations
Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical work are desirable but not essential for Mates willing to learn on the job
A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills

Candidates must be willing to undertake relevant training as required. The role is suitable for motivated individuals eager to expand their skills within a professional setting.
