Full-Time Operations & Administrative Assistant

Location: London, UK

Type: Full-time (hybrid possible)

Netholabs is a London-based technology company developing frontier technologies. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations and assist our C-level team.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities independently, and enjoys bringing structure to a growing company.

Scope of WorkFinancial & Document Administration

Handling invoices, receipts, and basic financial documentation.
Managing company insurance documents and administrative files.
Maintaining organized internal records and documentation.

Executive & Operational Support

Supporting the C-level team with email management, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.
Managing calendars and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Supporting team scheduling and helping ensure smooth communication across the company.
Liaising with third parties, service providers, and external partners when needed.

Office & On-site Operations

Supporting office space management and general on-site coordination.
Helping with logistics, supplies, and operational tasks related to the London office.
Assisting with ad hoc administrative and operational needs as the company grows.

Requirements & Qualifications

Based in London and available for on-site work.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar corporate support role.
Comfortable using online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and shared project management tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through reliably.
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior leadership.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SE1 3UH
