We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and experience Executive Assistant to support multiple senior executives within our EMEA leadership team. This is a fast-paced environment and highly visible role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to their executives, managing complex priorities, coordinating across international teams, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business operations. What you’ll do:
- Provide high-level executive support to multiple executives, managing competing priorities in a dynamic, global environment
- Efficiently manage complex and frequently changing diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate events, ensuring effective prioritisation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and detailed itineraries
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare, edit and proofread presentations, reports, correspondence and meeting documentation, ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including setting up conference calls, video conferencing, catering, and managing venue arrangements
- Gather information, prepare briefing packs and ensure leaders are well prepared for meetings and business reviews
- Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across multiple initiatives, driving accountability and follow-through
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring executives are well-prepared for strategic decision-making
- Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively manage issues before they impact business operations
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced or corporate environment
- Exceptional organisational, planning and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
