Full job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Night Shift Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hostel's front desk during night hours, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain the security of the hostel premises during night hours.
Perform regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and address any issues.
Manage reservations and update booking systems as required.
Ensure compliance with hostel policies and procedures.
Prepare and distribute reports for management as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Shift from 12am-8am

4 days a week
