Graphic designer - Commercial (print & web)
Location: London, United Kingdom

Skills and Responsibilities:

Create graphics, banners and other web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
Designs and builds website marketing landing pages and emails; including page layout and strategic input to support multiple product ranges.
Maintain extremely high design and production standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
Possess a killer portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented.
A solid understanding of modern web technologies. This is not a coding position, but an understanding of basic HTML and CSS is required.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, Graphic Design preferred.
2 - 5 years of broad digital graphic design experience & web design/development experience.
Experience with HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and other Web technologies. Solid knowledge Photoshop and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, Dreamweaver.
Must have expert experience in web and user interface design; should be able to demonstrate common principles of web usability.
Experience working with an eMail / Marketing Automation tool such as Mailchimp.
Able to work effectively and professionally as part of a busy central team while interacting with, and influencing, virtual teams, internal cross-functional/divisional teams and outside entities.
Must be organized, with a proactive nature and excellent follow up skills.
Ability to solve complex or routine problems effectively and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment.
Ability to perform day-to-day tasks for many simultaneous ongoing projects.
Familiarity with design review processes.
Demonstrate excellent prioritization and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration:
Salary will commensurate with skill levels and experience and is negotiable.
