Full job description

Inspire Support Workers is a care Agency which provides personal centred support to vulnerable adults and children with complex health care needs including learning disability outreach and supported living services as well as Domiciliary care.

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator with prior experience in Social Care and admin to work at our main office Thursday and Friday Also, you must reside within the Charlton area (SE7).

10am-5pm.

Main tasks for this Job Role:

Posting Job vacancies on recruitment Job sites, including contacting potential candidates.
Completing recruitment checks such as DBS, references , support with Interviews and induction of new staff.
Carrying out administrative office and compliance tasks such emailing, scanning, photocopying, texting, making and receiving phone calls, petty cash management, organise virtual meetings, taking minutes during face to face and virtual meetings and logging in incidents electronically.
updating support plan records on the electronic care system back office as advised by management.
updating relevant organisational forms and procedures as advised by management
Updating training and supervision matrix including filing electronic and hard copy documents.
Liaise with staff, service user
other delegated administrative tasks by management
This Job will be subject to a DBS check
Liaising with senior administrator.

Essential Skills

Ability to work as part of the wider team
Great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and taking initiative-Ability to prioritise work and stick to tight deadlines
Strong IT skills such use of Microsoft Office, outlook email
Ability to be organised and maintain confidentiality
Excellent telephone manners
