We’re looking for a Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable to join our Finance team.

As a Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

Supervise the day-to-day Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, purchase order matching and payment preparation.
Ensure all invoices are verified for accuracy, correct coding, and appropriate authorisation prior to posting into the system.
Oversee the matching of purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all AP-related transactions, including invoices, payment records and supporting documentation.
Act as the primary Accounts Payable liaison between the Hotel Finance team and Shared Services (JSC) to ensure seamless AP operations.
Support the month-end closing process including accruals, invoice cut-offs and reconciliations of AP balances.

As a Finance Supervisor you will be in an office-based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday.

To be a successful Finance Supervisor candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, strong attention to detail, be extremely organised, proactive, reliable and collaborative in your approach.
