Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to join our growing team at BridgeAI. The ideal candidate will own the entire client journey from the moment a contract is signed or a free trial begins, through to full onboarding, product satisfaction, case study capture, and Google review acquisition. This role is the heartbeat of our customer success operation — ensuring every client becomes a confident, vocal advocate for BridgeAI.

Responsibilities

Own the post-sale client journey end-to-end: from contract signature or free trial activation through to full product adoption and demonstrated satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying blockers to adoption and resolving them swiftly in collaboration with internal teams.
Drive structured onboarding programmes that get agencies live on BridgeAI quickly and confidently.
Monitor client progress and engagement metrics using HubSpot, identifying accounts at risk and those ready for expansion or advocacy.
Lead regular check-ins and milestone reviews with clients to ensure they are achieving measurable value from the platform.
Capture client success stories by coordinating and producing compelling case studies at the point of validated satisfaction.
Proactively solicit and secure Google reviews from satisfied clients as part of a repeatable, post-milestone process.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and with the product team to relay client feedback.
Mentor and share best practices across the team to continuously raise the bar on delivery quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer success, onboarding, or delivery management role — ideally within SaaS or PropTech.
A track record of turning new clients into satisfied, referenceable accounts.
Experience capturing case studies or managing review/advocacy programmes is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM for tracking client health, activities, and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills — able to manage client expectations clearly and build genuine rapport.
Highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
