Be the face of excellence at one of the world’s largest international banks.
Are you ready to take the lead in a fast paced, high profile environment where exceptional service is the standard? This is your chance to join our team based at a world renowned financial institution and guide a brilliant welcome team at their stunning London offices.

We’re searching for a confident, people focused Reception (Welcome) Team Leader to supervise and inspire a team of five outstanding Welcome Hosts, based in the main entrance to the building. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every visitor, client and internal stakeholder receives a first class experience from the moment they step through the door.
This is more than a front of house role — it’s your chance to shape the culture of hospitality within a global powerhouse.

What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate and develop a high performing welcome team
Ensure service excellence and a consistently exceptional visitor journey
Build strong relationships with clients, visitors and internal teams
Oversee daily operations and handle multiple requests with ease
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £38,136 per annum

Qualifications

Experienced in managing a team within front of house or customer service

Exceptionally organised with razor sharp attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable and always ready with a “can do” attitude
Skilled at building rapport and juggling multiple priorities
