SPECIALTY BARISTA

Bobo & Wild — London

Bobo & Wild is a chef-led, community-first hospitality group with 7 sites across London. We serve bold, homemade food with personality — Aussie brunch meets Middle Eastern influence — and we do it with genuine warmth and uncompromising standards.

Everything we serve is made with care. Our bread is baked in our own bakery. Our meat is smoked in our own smoker. And our coffee? It matters just as much as the food.

We are looking for a Specialty Barista who takes their craft seriously and wants to be part of something worth being proud of.

THE ROLE

As our Speciality Barista, you are the heartbeat of the bar. You set the standard for every coffee that leaves the counter — from the morning dial-in to the last flat white of the day. You are not just making drinks. You are creating the first and last impression of the Bobo & Wild experience for most guests.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

— Dialling in the espresso machine every morning — you own this

— Pulling consistent, high-quality espresso shots throughout service

— Steaming milk to the right texture for every drink, every time

— Crafting our full drinks menu — coffee, matcha, lattes, smoothies, power shakes and milkshakes

— Maintaining a spotless, organised and fully stocked bar

— Supporting FOH during service — you are part of the floor, not separate from it

— Following allergen protocols rigorously on every drink

— Training and guiding junior team members on drinks standards

— Delivering warm, confident and genuine interactions with every guest

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are:

— An experienced specialty barista — you know what good extraction looks and tastes like

— Confident dialling in — grind size, dose, yield, time. You speak this language.

— Passionate about coffee and genuinely proud of what you make

— Fast without being sloppy — you can hold quality through a busy rush

— Warm and engaging with guests — coffee is the conversation starter, you are the host

— A team player who lifts the energy of the whole bar

— Reliable, punctual and professional — always

— Curious and keen to grow — we invest in people who invest in themselves
