Job Summary

Minimum of 5 years experience in the field required and preferably living local to the office.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Lettings Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing rental listings, supporting the lettings process, and providing exceptional service to clients and tenants. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a dynamic property management environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, office experience, and excellent phone etiquette, with a proactive approach to upselling where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Manage and update rental listings using Yproperty management tools
Handle all aspects of data entry accurately, including tenant information, property details, and lease agreements
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
Support the lettings team with administrative tasks such as scheduling viewings, preparing documentation, and maintaining filing systems
Assist with tenant onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
Promote available properties through upselling techniques to maximise occupancy rates
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and operations
Organise appointments for viewings and inspections efficiently within the team’s schedule

Qualifications

Proven office experience, ideally within property management or lettings environments
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Ability to demonstrate proactive upselling techniques to enhance client engagement
A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality
