We are seeking an ambitious, charismatic, and commercially minded Brand & Growth Specialist to become one of the key faces of the brand and play a pivotal role in driving occupancy, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility across our residential offering.
This is not a traditional estate agency position. We are looking for someone who understands luxury service, relationship building, modern marketing, and business development. The successful candidate will combine exceptional people skills with a forward-thinking approach to growth, leveraging AI-powered marketing, strategic partnerships, and digital engagement to attract and convert prospective residents.
The Role
As Brand & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving both short and long-term lettings activity while supporting residential sales opportunities across the development. Working closely with the Head of Residential and Operations Team, you will maximise occupancy, generate new business opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to successful occupancy.
You will act as a brand ambassador for Manhattan Loft Gardens, showcasing the unique lifestyle, design ethos, and community that define the development while building meaningful relationships with prospective residents, corporate partners, relocation agents, investors, and industry contacts.
Alongside traditional business development responsibilities, you will play a leading role in developing innovative marketing initiatives, using AI-powered tools and digital platforms to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
What you’ll do…
Residential Lettings & Commercial Performance
- Drive short and long-term lettings activity to achieve and exceed occupancy, revenue, and commercial targets.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for residential lettings performance.
- Work closely with the Head of Residential to maximise revenue opportunities and minimise void periods.
- Oversee the residential leasing process from initial enquiry through to successful occupancy, delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience while managing viewings, negotiations, referencing, and tenancy administration.
- Conduct exceptional apartment viewings, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, buyers, investors, relocation agents, and corporate clients.
- Personally prospect new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements with third-party agencies and partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with estate agents, relocation consultants, online agencies, and referencing providers.
- Ensure all residential lettings activities are conducted in full compliance with current property legislation, regulatory requirements, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, governance, and customer care.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant residential lettings legislation and industry best practice, ensuring all client interactions, tenancy administration, and operational processes remain fully compliant and up to date.
Brand Growth & Marketing
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies that support commercial objectives and brand growth.
- Utilise AI-powered tools, CRM platforms, automation software, and content-generation technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for digital campaigns, social media channels, email communications, and promotional materials.
- Identify emerging marketing technologies and trends to continuously improve customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Oversee online property listings and digital booking channels, ensuring content is consistently accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop initiatives that position Manhattan Loft Gardens as one of London’s most desirable residential destinations.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead generation activity, and conversion metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with the Head of Residential and Operations Team to maximise occupancy, revenue opportunities, and resident satisfaction.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relocation agents, corporate housing providers, employers, lifestyle brands, and local businesses to generate new residential leasing opportunities and strengthen brand awareness.
- Identify and cultivate new business channels, referral networks, and strategic relationships that drive enquiries, occupancy, and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to develop and maintain best-in-class lettings processes and customer experiences.
- Ensure seamless communication between lettings and operational teams to coordinate resident onboarding and tenancy management.
- Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking across all enquiries, viewings, and lettings activity.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through technology, automation, and AI-enabled systems.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures that ensure a compliant, efficient, and consistently high-quality lettings experience.
Brand Representation
- Act as one of the public faces of Manhattan Loft Gardens within the local community and wider London residential market.
- Represent the development with professionalism, sophistication, and credibility at all times.
- Promote and protect the reputation, image, and values of Manhattan Loft Gardens.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the development’s design, lifestyle offering, services, and unique market positioning.
- Build meaningful relationships across the local community and industry networks to enhance awareness and reputation.
