PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AND COMMERCIAL PRESSURE WASHING EQUIPMENT. This role is for self-employed subcontractors who already have the tools to carry out pressure washing and/or waste removal work.

Pay: Competitive – Paid Per Completed Job

Job Type: Flexible | Self-Employed/Subcontractor | Part-Time (Potential for Regular Work)

Green Street Services is a growing exterior cleaning and property maintenance business serving North and East London. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism and delivering outstanding customer service.

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our team as self-employed subcontractors. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for regular ongoing work.

Duties Include

Bin cleaning
Patio and driveway pressure washing
Garden tidy-ups
Fence cleaning
Exterior property cleaning
Waste removal
Car washing and valeting (where required)

Full training and support can be provided for the right person.

Reliable and punctual
Honest and professional
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Physically fit
Friendly and respectful with customers
Able to work independently
Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK
Smartphone with WhatsApp
Reliable transport to travel between jobs
Good communication skills
Able to send before and after photos of completed work

Desirable

Own pressure washer and/or cleaning equipment
Experience in exterior cleaning, gardening, landscaping, maintenance or similar work
