Are you passionate about high-quality early years education and supporting practitioners to reach their full potential? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Quality & Training Advisor to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with nursery leaders, supporting quality improvement, staff development, training delivery, and apprenticeship programmes across a group of nurseries.

About the Role

As an Early Years Quality & Training Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and professional practice across our nurseries.

You will work alongside Regional Managers and Nursery Leaders to provide coaching, guidance, and practical support, helping teams deliver outstanding experiences for children. You will also contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes, oversee apprenticeship support, and assist with quality improvement projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Improvement

Support nursery leaders to strengthen teaching and learning practices.
Provide targeted support to settings requiring quality improvement.
Visit nurseries to observe practice and provide coaching and feedback.
Assist in developing quality monitoring tools, audits, and evaluation processes.

Training & Professional Development

Deliver elements of the company induction programme.
Facilitate internal training sessions for colleagues across the group.
Support the development of professional development pathways.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver mandatory training programmes.

Apprenticeship Support

Monitor apprentice progress and wellbeing across the organisation.
Support managers to provide effective mentoring and supervision.
Conduct regular apprentice check-ins.
Liaise with training providers to ensure apprentices receive appropriate support.

Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Administration

Support the implementation and management of the company Learning Management System.
Track training attendance and completion rates.
Manage internal training bookings and enquiries.
Assist with creating and uploading online training content.

Training & Course Development

Support the development of internal training programmes focused on curriculum, teaching, and pedagogy.
Assist with course design and facilitation.
Help identify training priorities across the organisation.

Quality Improvement Projects

Contribute to projects that promote consistency and best practice across the group.
Support the development of resources, audits, and monitoring tools.
Assist with embedding policies and procedures into everyday practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has significant experience within the Early Years sector.
Has a strong understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery.
Is confident delivering training, coaching, and mentoring adults.
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred).
Is willing to travel between nursery settings as required.
