Full job description

H&P Executive Search is partnering with a high-growth business to hire ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join their expanding commercial team in London.

Whether you're looking to break into sales or already have some customer-facing experience and are ready for your first SDR role, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a business that's growing rapidly, investing heavily in its people, and offering genuine career progression.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Working alongside experienced Account Executives and sales leaders, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear development plan to build a successful career in sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and engaging potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of organisations.
Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.
Working closely with Account Executives to generate high-quality sales pipeline.
Continuously developing your sales skills through coaching, feedback and training.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and want to establish a long-term career in sales.

You may have experience in:

Hospitality
Retail
Recruitment
Estate Agency
Customer Service
Business Development
Sales

Or you may be a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced commercial environment.

You'll be:

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Competitive, ambitious and eager to learn.
Resilient, motivated and goal-oriented.
Confident speaking with new people.
Interested in technology and the SaaS industry.
