Full job description

The Role

No two days are exactly the same at Harper & Sloane. You aren’t just a worker; you are a trusted life organiser and a welcoming face. Your tasks will be highly tailored to the specific client you are matched with, but typically include a blend of:

Lifestyle Admin: Booking travel, scheduling appointments, organizing home filing, or managing local tradespeople.

Companionship & Social Support: Accompanying clients to London museums, galleries, afternoon tea, theater outings, or simply enjoying an engaging conversation over coffee.

Errands & Co-ordination: Doing local high-street shopping, accompanying clients to medical appointments, sorting dry cleaning, or light meal preparation.

What We Offer You

Excellent London Pay: £16.00 to £19.00/hour

True Flexibility: You tell us your availability windows, and we match you with clients who fit your schedule. Perfect for empty-nesters, freelance creatives, or parents looking for rewarding work during school hours.

Intelligent Matching: We match you with clients based on your location and shared interests (e.g., matching book lovers, art enthusiasts, or keen walkers).

Commute Protection: We value your time. We strictly cluster our clients by London zones/boroughs and enforce a minimum 3-hour booking so you aren't spending your day sitting on the Tube or bus for short shifts.

Who We Are Looking For

You don’t need a corporate PA background to excel with us. We hire for personality, life experience, and emotional intelligence. You will be a fantastic fit if you are:

A Natural Caregiver & Connector: Warm, patient, a brilliant listener, and genuinely interested in people.

Organised & Reliable: Exceptionally punctual, resourceful, and confident navigating London and using a smartphone for basic logistics.

Polished & Discretion-Minded: Comfortable entering beautiful, private London homes and maintaining utmost confidentiality.

Local to London: Living in London with a good understanding of your local borough and transport networks.

Pay: £16.00-£19.00 per hour
