Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nanny/Housekeeper to provide exceptional childcare and household management support. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a harmonious and well-maintained home environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive setting where professionalism and attention to detail are valued. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a passion for caring for children and maintaining high standards of household organisation.

Responsibilities

Caring for a one year old, including supervising daily routines, preparing meals, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Assisting with homework and educational activities to support learning and development
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the household, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying rooms
Managing household supplies and ensuring all areas are kept hygienic and well-stocked
Organising appointments, schedules, and family-related activities with efficiency
Providing excellent customer service by addressing household needs promptly and courteously
Supporting management with administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other IT tools as required
Ensuring the safety of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols and supervising their activities diligently

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer literacy
Experience in hospitality or management roles is advantageous but not essential
Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise household staff or organise family schedules
Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy household environment
