Guest Service Ambassador

Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | Core hours: 08:30 – 17:30

You'll also play an important role in supporting the wider workplace operation, helping to create an environment where both clients and colleagues can thrive.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors.
Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up to the highest standard, including catering and hospitality.
Supporting guests throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving requests with confidence.
Maintaining exceptional presentation across client-facing areas, meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.
Delivering food and beverage service for meetings and events.
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and Executive Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Supporting workplace and facilities activities, including onboarding, inductions and day-to-day operational support.
Assisting with evening events when required.
Looking for opportunities to improve processes, introduce new ideas and enhance the overall workplace experience.
Working flexibly across reception and hospitality, supporting the wider team wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will

Have previous experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally within a luxury hotel, premium airline or corporate environment.
Be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
Have excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, confident and engaging personality.
Be an effective communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English.
Be confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and excellent attention to detail.
Be proactive, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working collaboratively while also taking ownership and using initiative.
