About Us

TRYO Extensions is a luxury hair extension brand and part of the BCO Group. We specialise in premium hair extensions and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service from the first enquiry through to every appointment.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and sales-driven individual to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer care.

The Role

This is a varied position combining reception duties with client sales and customer relationship management. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in converting enquiries into appointments and consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide a professional front-of-house experience.
Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media.
Book, manage and confirm appointments.
Follow up with enquiries and consultation leads.
Build relationships with prospective clients and guide them through our hair extension services.
Explain our products and services confidently.
Drive sales by converting enquiries into bookings and hair extension purchases.
Support the team with administrative and reception duties.
Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
Work closely with the salon team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service or a client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking with customers and handling sales conversations.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Experience in the beauty or hair industry is desirable but not essential.
