The Opportunity
We are searching for an exceptional, highly experienced barber to become the lead operating partner of a barber shop located on Whitehorse Road in Croydon.
This is not a standard barber vacancy, junior position or ordinary chair-rental arrangement. It is an opportunity for an ambitious barber to take control of a dedicated premises and build a highly successful barbering business without having to secure a commercial property independently.
The premises will be provided, while the successful partner will take responsibility for delivering outstanding barbering services and managing the day-to-day operation of the shop.

- The confidence to manage a barber shop independently
- Experience managing bookings, payments, stock, hygiene and daily operations
- A professional social-media presence or personal brand
- The ambition to grow the shop into a leading barbering destination in Croydon

Your Responsibilities
The successful partner will be expected to:

- Manage stock, tools and barbering supplies
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Promote the shop through social media, referrals and local marketing
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and shop income
- Protect and strengthen the reputation of the business
- Take ownership of the shop’s daily performance and customer experience
