Location: Shoreditch, London (with remote flexibility)
Contract: Full-time or part-time (initial 3-month term with potential for extension)
Start: Late May / June 2025 (ongoing)
Pay: £28,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)

Here Now Films London is growing — and we’re launching a dedicated post-production arm from our Shoreditch studio. We’re looking for three talented junior editors to join our team and help us shape the next chapter of our creative output.

As an editor at Here Now Films London, you’ll work across a wide variety of projects — from cinematic branded documentaries and corporate storytelling, to bold commercial campaigns and interview-led content. You’ll be embedded in a supportive, fast-paced environment with a focus on precision, story, and collaboration.

This is a brilliant opportunity for emerging editors who are hungry to develop their skills, be part of a growing creative culture, and work on films that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Editing interview-led and narrative content in Adobe Premiere Pro
Following creative briefs and established style guides
Using Frame.io for feedback and review cycles
Integrating b-roll and stock footage to elevate narrative storytelling
Working with our production and creative team to bring each film to life with craft and clarity
Gaining exposure to projects ranging from brand campaigns and corporate docs to social-first storytelling and broadcast content

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

Have a strong foundation in Adobe Premiere Pro
Can follow creative direction while bringing ideas to the table
Understand pacing, narrative, and rhythm in both short- and long-form edits
Enjoy working collaboratively and responding to feedback
Have an interest in storytelling, visual craft, and working across genres

Bonus points for:

A passion for sports, culture, or documentary storytelling
Experience using Frame.io
Working with stock libraries or archival footage
