What You'll Be Doing

As a Level 2 IT Engineer, you'll provide both remote and onsite technical support to our clients, helping them resolve issues and maximise the value of their IT systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support
Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft-related issues
Managing incidents and service requests through our service desk
Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure
Assisting with onsite installations, upgrades, and project deployments
Monitoring client environments using remote management tools
Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base articles
Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
Working closely with senior engineers, the service desk, and NOC teams

What We're Looking ForEssential

Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Service Desk, or MSP role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows environments
Good understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
