Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Central London. This full-time role involves serving customers and managing repair intake, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming repair requests efficiently.
Communicate effectively via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records using our computer system.
Process transactions and manage cash handling.
Help uphold a clean and clinical environment

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with people.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to write clear and concise emails.
Responsible and proactive attitude.
Can-do mindset with a reliable and eager-to-help approach.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
