What you'll do
Deliver customer marketing approaches for Acrobat & Express tailored for the next generation of business professionals.
Convert product and marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and briefs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing plans.
Coordinate marketing activities across paid media, email, and social platforms.
Evolve customer journey and experience optimisation for LLM visibility.
Adapt marketing efforts to align with regional preferences and needs.
Monitor budgets and support the adoption of internal tools and guidelines.
What will make you succeed
2-3 years of experience in customer marketing or related fields.
Proven success in marketing SaaS, subscription, or B2B/B2C products.
Solid grasp of customer journeys and marketing approaches.
Basic understanding of LLM/AI optimisation for marketing.
Ability to build clear and compelling product messaging.
Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
Analytical approach and eagerness to learn.
