Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Offshore Administrative Assistant to support our operations remotely. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior experience in administrative roles. This is a paid position suitable for individuals looking to utilise their clerical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate data entry within various software platforms such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating communication between offshore teams.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Support the team with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and processing paperwork.
Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively whilst managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Perform general clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Previous clerical experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills.
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
