Summary

Part-Time Learning Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Primarily based at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, with regular travel across London and the UK
Salary: £15,000 per annum plus service charge, pro rata.

This is a fixed term contract expected to end on 31 December 2026.

Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive self-starter with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail to support the delivery of our learning strategy. This role plays a key part in coordinating learning activities, managing learning data and insights, and ensuring a seamless experience that helps colleagues grow and thrive. Your mindset will be focused on fostering connections and enabling a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage learning activities, including full training administration, preparing materials, promoting learning initiatives, and communicating learning calendars and updates.
Prepare and coordinate learning data insights and reporting for HR Leaders, supporting monthly updates and quarterly learning reviews.
Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding learning sessions, helping create engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned with Hyatt’s learning philosophy
Provide administrative and coordination support for the UK Learning Strategy, helping create opportunities for colleagues to learn and develop every day.
Collaborate with external partners such as training providers, schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen relationships and enhance learning offerings

About You

You work well in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency. You build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
