Group Fitness Trainer – F45 Leadenhall Market

Location: City of London
Pay: £25 per class
Start Date: Immediate

F45 Leadenhall Market is one of the highest-performing F45 studios in Europe, based in the heart of London’s financial district.

We’re known for delivering a high-energy, results-driven experience with a strong community feel. Our coaching standard is built around delivering a personal training experience within a group environment.

We are expanding our coaching team and are looking for reliable, high-energy coaches who can deliver consistently on the floor.

The Role

As a Trainer at F45 Leadenhall Market, your role is to deliver exceptional group training sessions while maintaining a high level of member engagement and energy on the floor.

This is not just about running sessions — it’s about creating an experience, building relationships, and holding a strong coaching standard every class.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-energy, structured F45 classes with clear coaching and strong presence
Learn and execute F45 programming to a high standard
Engage members before, during and after class
Build rapport and contribute to a strong community environment
Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation standards
Support smooth class flow and transitions between sessions

Team & Culture

Work closely with the Studio Manager and coaching team
Attend team meetings and training sessions where required
Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment

What We’re Looking For

Level 2 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum)
Experience in group training or personal training
Strong communication and presence on the gym floor
High energy and ability to motivate members consistently
Reliable, punctual and professional
Willingness to learn and adapt to F45 coaching standards

Availability

Early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Ability to commit to regular shifts where required
