Full job description

Live-In Property Caretaker

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and responsible Live-In Property Caretaker to reside in a vacant property and help ensure it remains secure and well maintained.

This is a live-in position, and the successful applicant will be required to stay at the property for the duration of the placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Reside at the property full-time.
Ensure the property remains secure and report any issues immediately.
Conduct basic housekeeping to keep the property clean and tidy.
Allow access for authorised contractors or inspections when required.
Report maintenance issues or suspicious activity promptly.
Follow all property management guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
Able to live at the property on a full-time basis.
Good communication skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Previous caretaking, security, or property management experience is beneficial but not essential.
