Job Title: SDR Manager | Connectd
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 base + £25,000 OTE

Connectd is one of the UK's most exciting scale-ups right now. Ranked number 6 in LinkedIn's Top UK Startups for 2024, they have built the go-to platform connecting founders, investors, and fractional executives across the early-stage ecosystem. With £5.5m raised in their latest round and active US expansion underway, they are in full growth mode and building the commercial team to match.

They are looking for an SDR Manager to lead, coach, and scale their outbound sales function.

The role:

You will own the SDR team end to end. That means hiring and onboarding new SDRs, building out the playbook, setting targets, running pipeline reviews, and making sure the team consistently converts outreach into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will be close to the data, comfortable in a CRM, and confident running structured one-to-ones that actually move performance.

What you will be doing:

Coaching a team of SDRs on outbound sequencing, discovery calls, and objection handling Building and iterating on the outbound playbook for both founder and investor ICP segments Working closely with marketing and sales leadership to align on messaging and pipeline targets Tracking team metrics and reporting on conversion, activity, and pipeline contribution Recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new SDR hires as headcount grows

What they are looking for:

Prior experience leading or managing an SDR team, ideally within a B2B SaaS or platform business Strong personal outbound instincts - you have carried a quota yourself and know what good looks like. Comfortable with a very fast sales process. Data literate and process-driven without being rigid. A genuine interest in the startup and investor ecosystem is a bonus
