Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across various events and promotional activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing, excellent communication, and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and engaging with diverse audiences to foster positive brand recognition. This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills within the marketing industry.

About the Brand

MONTZI is a premium alpine spirits brand inspired by the Austrian mountains, crafted using real fruit and natural botanicals to create fresh, flavour-led spirits for modern cocktails and spritzes. Known for its distinctive taste and versatility behind the bar, MONTZI is designed for social, easy-drinking occasions.

Sustainability is at its core, with the brand supporting reforestation through its “Save the Snow” initiative, planting trees for every bottle sold. Fast-growing and award-recognised, MONTZI is becoming a standout name in contemporary hospitality.

Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest in our products or services
Encouraged product trials by offering free samples and explaining key features and benefits.
Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively to maximise outreach
Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
Conduct samplings at various venues
Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s values, products, and campaigns to communicate confidently
Assist in setting up and packing down event displays and promotional stations
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all activities

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for representing brands positively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to attend events during evenings and weekends as required
Bartending experience (Not necessary, but preferred)
