Introduction

Big Green Coach is the UK’s largest events travel company, specialising in sustainable transport solutions for live music and sports events. Founded in 2009, the company partners with high-profile artists, major music festivals, stadium tours, football clubs and corporate clients as the official ticket and travel provider. Committed to reducing the environmental impact of event travel, Big Green Coach balances its carbon emissions through verified ecosystem restoration and protection projects. A small team of passionate industry professionals work collaboratively to manage all aspects of travel logistics, ensuring smooth, hassle-free journeys from start to finish.

Overview & Objectives

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our London operations across a range of major events. These are paid opportunities focused on delivering smooth, safe, and memorable travel experiences for our customers.

Successful applicants will play a key role in coordinating transport logistics, assisting customers, and ensuring services run efficiently from departure through to arrival.

Please note:

We do not provide tickets for any of these events
Shift timings are TBC and subject to change
You must be available for the full duration of your assigned role

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary slightly depending on the role, but may include:

General Duties

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Assist with the safe and efficient movement of customers
Support event operations teams with transport coordination
Ensure clear communication with customers and team members
Help maintain a well-organised and safe working environment

Transport Steward

Coordinate coach arrivals and departures on-site
Manage customer flow and movement in busy environments
Provide directions and information to customers
Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth operations

Coach Rep

Check tickets and manage luggage loading
Ensure timely departures
Travel with passengers to the event location
Support customer disembarkation and onsite organisation

Departure Steward

Assist at pickup locations to prepare coaches for departure
Check tickets and oversee luggage handling
Ensure customers board efficiently and on time

Event Opportunities

We have multiple opportunities available across the following locations:

Wembley Stadium
London Stadium
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
London Victoria Coach Station

Pay

£12.71 per hour, plus £1.53 Holiday Pay per hour

Pay: £12.71 per hour
