About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels,clubs,spas,and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet,work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City,in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space,gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa,a whole floor of event spaces,ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.

As a the leader of our concierge team you will:

Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance - commercial,operational,customer,and team
Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions,dining,and entertainment.
Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned’s services and amenities.

What you can bring to the role:

Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential,ideally within a similar environment
Membership of Les Clefs D’Or
A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role
Multilingual skills will be beneficial,but are not essential
Our concierge team are a constant presence in the heart of the ground floor,so you’ll obviously have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
Our ground floor is host to live music every day and multiple bars and restaurants. As such this can be a lively and high-pressure environment,so a calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive is extremely valuable
