Responsibilities

Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and market segments to expand our reach
Support the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns to generate new leads
Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
Collaborate with senior team members to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Help organize networking events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
